On my door is a piece of paper that reads:
GOALS
Bench - 300 lb
Squat - 400 lb
Chin - 20 rep
Dip - 20 rep
DB Bent Row - 100lbs x 10l+10r
KB Snatch - 88lbs x 20l+20r x 5
Mile - 6:00
When I see this piece of paper, I think to myself, "I could be doing something to get closer to this goal, couldn't I?" If you need motivation, do this.
Post done. Time for more push-ups.
