My first tip here, hope this is a wake up call for many. this is unorganized but oh well...
BECOMING YOUR OWN LEADER. you wont get anywhere in life if you remain a follower. This is mostly true if you want to use your potential to the fullest in life and succeed.
even if there will not be others to follow you. or others for you to lead in life. you should still look toward your own future, your own success, regardless of what others may think of you.
even if it truly is a lonely path....the road to being your own leader will truly pay off in the end.
i was reading this english short story that i was assigned to in class...man it's awesome.
talks about "self reliance" bieng your own leader, not being a suck up to get anywehre in life...basically not being a DOG or a worshipper or a follower...you get the picture.
the name of hte short story is "american scholar" by Ralph Waldo Emerson. After reading this story, it has much truth that lies within it. you may have to read it 3+ times, but when you do i guarantee it's a wake up call.
Dont be a parrot...as that story mentions.
Don't say/do one thing after another has done it. Speak your own mind, pursue your own goals.

was there a time where you didnt study for the tests cause your buddy always had the answers for you to copy, in the middle of the term he transferred to another school. you were pretty ****ed right?? WAKE UP CALL!
DONT DEPEND ON ANYONE TO DECIDE YOUR SUCCESS OR FAILURE. most of my adult life, ive never really relied on anyone to decide something or help me when i needed help. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE DO IT YOURSELF! to get ahead in life, you just gotta take charge, no one's gonna go on a job interview for you, you gotta do it yourself boy.
ok, you got this big meeting to attend, you ask your colleague to substitute for you while you go bang this hot chick. your friend screws up and acts like an idiot, he gets you fired OR he's awesome and your employer likes him, he decides to keep him and fire you. EXACTLY. you CANT place your future in someone else's hands, you have to place it back to where it belons, YOU.
there are times in life, where in the end, you just gotta do it for yourself. DONT KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING? well learn how to!! Your not a baby anymore, the days of diapers are over.
Many of you MUST grow out of your shell and "comfort zone" to being your own leader.
UNPREDICTABLE
Even tho you may get out of your regular routines, just so you can have a change in habit or try something new, GO FOR IT.
these are the times when a girl may call you too predictable, you keep the same damn routines, that she's gonna figure your gonna do either A B or C. try something new for a change, if not for others, than for yourself. FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL GROWTH. YOUR STUCK ON A MOUSE WHEEL.
TIME TO JUMP OFF THAT WHEEL AND EXPLORE.
PROCRASTINATION.
DONT ever procrastinate. it leads to nowhere. remember that old term on sosuave? hesitation leads to masturbation. well before that happened....procrastination lead to hesitation.
dont wait around all day to do something, ALL OF YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS...."hm..ill go do it tomorrow, im too tired, next week, later." PROCRASTINATION LEADS TO HESITATION. you'll keep saying your gonna do it week after week, but you never do. TELL YOUR MIND TO SHUTUP. take action to do it, if not for someone, then just for yourself.
Each and everyone of these categories are linked to each other, once you accomplish these, you WILL become your own leader.
Have the right mindset, and do what your capable of. once you get back on track, being your own leader will happen naturally.
