One thing I believe often time gets overlooked. Improve your personality and attitude.
This is the one thing that we can improve almost instantly and will make us men improve in every other area of life as well - relationships with our buddies, networking, profession, with women, achievement and accomplishment.
What does an exceptional personality and attitude look like?
For me, I try to work on cultivating this attitude/personality even when things are not going well. I always measure my attitude/personality against the standards below:
1. Authentic
2. Positive, never complaining
3. Winning, driven, ambitious attitude (especially respect to sports, business, hobbies). I always believe I am going to win, persevere.
4. Interesting/Curious (I am interested in a ton of things and am interested in other people)
5. Deep and not talk about superficial matters (Not involve myself in petty affairs of others) (not glued to social media) (reading important books)
6. Grateful, Happy
An excellent personality is actually a major achievement (maybe not a stretch to even call it a super power!) Most people have not cultivated one. Because it actually takes a little bit of work to get it. Most people's default attitude is ungrateful, complaining and defeatist in nature.
