SELF-Discipline (The 1st step)

Okay before you cut up i understand that the 1st thing you need is self-discipline. Even when talkin to chicks you have to practice to get perfect. Along with cutting up.. You won't find any Ripped guy Lazy and not having there sh** together. I've noticed that. So the rock bottom is having self discipline. Self Discipline leads to Habits and so on and so forth....

Now If any guys have any tips on Healthy Self-Discipline tactics it will help from the beginning and not just be something you though about doing. Do it for a week and Say "I'm Tired!!! I don't look anything like brad pitt!!"

So if any guys are cuttin right now give newcomers and oldcomers who are starting up some helpful tips and mind sets they should be striving for

Like i Said make your body a long term project say you will have a washboard stomach next year!! If Your OBESE then say you will be 50 lbs lighter in 4 months (or so) Get over it None of us will get what we want NEXT Week so it just comes to show that the most noticable results come with time.....ALOT OF TIME!!!!

So all my DonJ's let's give some helpful advice and if you got something negative to say then don't post we are all trying to help each other.

I just follow a schedule. I get done with class and I go to the gym; the end.

Worrying about achieving results is more stressful to me than thinking of this as something I just do at a certain time.

Washboard abs suck, incidentally. When you puke it'll hurt like hell. (my experience anyway, lol)

start small, dont rush into a cut, you will only be disapointed and frustrated. what i mean is dont lower your cals from 4000 to 2000 right away, take 100 cals a week or a little elss food a week for peopel like me who do not count them. this way you will not get sick, you will not get run down.

or you can take another approach which is to keep eating what yo unormally do but just increase cardio, this is what i prefer.

:up: Best way to keep your muscle, and build some more too while dropping bodyfat.
