So I have been going to the gym and lifting and eating regularly and I have been seing results.Recently I came across the SEALS/Marines workout routine. I would love it if I am built as tough as a SEAL without lifting too much weights. I am already 180 lbs and am about 5'8 or 5'9 so I don't wanna bulk more.
I am already in a decent shape right now. I want to build more endurance so I thought I would give this a try.

If you had a choice of being built as a SEAL/Marine or be bulky which one would you prefer? Currently I workout 3 days a week right now, is it possible to do both at the same time? Would that be too much stress on the body?

Thanks for the opinions :).

Depends on what your intent is. If you want to look better, then just lift. If SEAL/Marine training is anything like the Ranger and SpecOps training I went through, you won't look any different at all, especially if you're in fairly good condition now. Plus my guess is that mil-spec training designed for civvies isn't going to be anywhere near as hard-core as the real thing, so it might not do anything more for you than regular endurance training combined with some bulking.

Yeah, unless you've got all day every day to go through hell, I'm sure the intensity isn't going to be up to par with the real deal.

You might look into a circuit routine.....there are videos on Google Video and Youtube giving insight into Rich Franklin, Bas Rutten, and Randy Couture's workout routines.
