I am supposed to work out today (Friday) but being the day after Thanksgiving, my gym is closed. Should I go tomorrow or wait til Monday. I am doing a MWF routine.

If I go tomorrow, that would mean I have 72 hrs rest between workouts, which would be the same as a weekend, but then next week I would have 4 workouts consecutively with 48 hrs rest between, whereas I would normally only have 3. On the other hand, if I wait til Monday, that gives me 120 hrs rest between two workouts which seems a bit much, especially since I am still working "in" to my routine. In other words, I am not even close to peeking as I am still in light stages since this is still my second week.

Am I thinking too much, or is there one decision which is better. Thanks

Looking in your journal, since the weights are still pretty light for you and you are concentrating on form, going in tommorow would be fine.

This is why I stopped doing certain things on certain days. If you miss a workout, it throws off the whole schedule. Now I just do the workouts in order, and if I miss one I just do it the next day I train.
