I used to live on the Vegas Strip. It's good for gambling and strippers. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Have fun but steer clear of the traffic cops. Take a taxi after dark.

Thanks.

Would you recommend living there?

If you have the money move to San Diego. I love vegas but if I had the money for a decent house in San Diego, I'd be there in a second. The beach the weather the women, it's amazing.

This is however assuming I have the money to live there. Currently my funds are all fueled by vegas, so I couldn't leave even if I wanted to. If my money was mobile, hell f*ckin yeah man! SD all day! I could afford to visit vegas every weekend. Flights are cheap and short or I could drive.

I've been accepted to San Diego State so I might be going there in the summer. I know next to nothing about the city other than it's by the ocean and close to Mexico.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Oh man are you serious?! Thats my college dood. Ive taken about a year off from there though and saving money in JC. Im guessing you've heard about SDSU right? If not: CHICK HEAVEN...omg, once fall season starts(when its still pretty warm) you thought u were in babe heaven. I swear, some of these chicks must have blown their principles cuz alot are dumb as fcuk. Anyways, even though its chick heaven, the SDSU is also known as STDSU because the ratio is like 1 out of 3 PEOPLE. Yes, both guys and girls at least from what ive heard(majority dormers). Ill have to say im clean though(cuz im a v-card holder =P). Now for SD in general...BABE heaven! well at least in the SDSU/mission valley areas and other places in northern SD. I live in Chula Vista which is a city within SD and is practically by the border. Got any other questions?

Yeah, I'm going to the open house on the 15th.

Chick heaven hmm, doesn't sound bad. Lot of hot white girls?

1 of 3 people having STD's is scary. Do you have those demographics anywhere?

Edit: I found the campus census that breaks it down by race and sex. There are about 1,300 more women then men.

My brother lived in Vegas for about five years. He was (still is) married and had two young ones at the time. He lived in west Vegas in Summerlin. He and my sister in law really enjoyed it. They discovered that there are actually two Vegas': The Strip and the normal Vegas where people work, have lives, etc.

But Vegas is in the middle of the freaking desert, like being on an island in a manner of speaking. I think after awhile, the lustre will begin to wear off. But the women are freaks to be sure!!!

FCUK YES!

Anyways, as far as the demographic, I just heard it from a bunch of my friends there that saw it on a magazine of some sh!t. Did you also know that SDSU was voted one of the top 10 party schools in the country? It was featured in Playboy back in like 1999 and again in 2006. If you love hot white chicks then yes, this is your school man. The second majority of chicks(ppl) are asians. In the beginning of fall semester its short skirt and tube top heaven....god i miss it there...

San Diego is the place. I lived there for over 2 years and for work am back in AZ for about another year (hopefully a bit less). The women in San Diego are not only incredible but the vast majority are laid back and approachable. For one year I lived in the Mission Valley are (right down from Qualcomm Stadium) and in between both SDSU and USD - a lot of those students lived in my complex. Pretty much anytime of day I could walk by the pool and see a flock of 8-9's. My only regret is not moving there 15 years ago. Move there ASAP without hesitation. As far as housing prices, while it will always be exensive, the housing prices have pulled back a bit and I think the will continue to pull back a bit over the next 12-24 months, but reallistically you still need some mad cash. I am married now and my wife and I combined will make $280,000-$300,000 this year and I still scratch my head about how to buy a house there. Who wants to make $6,000+ a month house payments? That is what many of my friends there are paying.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.
