I'm interested in going into sales this summer. However, I'm not sure where the best place to go and find a job would be.

Suggestions on where to look and apply? Businesses, companies, etc?

In terms of formal education, I've obtained my Associates Degree and am working on a Bachelor's.

Where I be at
Sales as in a salesperson or sales as in a sales division of a big company? I got a salesperson job this year cuz I wanted to try the world of selling and Im pretty pleased. there is nothing like interacting with new people everyday after your old job only had 5 people for 2 years

I would say check the newspapers, check a job search company and check online.

If you want to get involved in direct sales, find a Vector Marketing office near you. They will hire you for sure. You sell Cutco, which is a brand of high quality cutlery and kitchenware. It's not easy but if you're serious about sales, it will get you some real, solid experience.

I was involved in Vector marketing a year ago, but it seemed more like a scam.

I'm more interested in businesses.

If possible, get a job in a retail store that offers comission. You get paid more to sell and you are more motivated.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.
