I run for 20 minutes a day.

I never got this problem before but recently it started happeneing.

It doesnt happen until like 10 minutes into the running session.

My skin in my inside thighs' skin start to burn. I think it has to do with that I am fat and that they create friction against each other when I run. Though.. I dunno why this is happening when before I used to be even FATTER but I never got this pain.

Now its happeneing and I dont know why.

I usually just ignore the pain. Sometimes it becomes unbearable so I have to stop running for like 30 seconds to take a break and then I continue to run again.

DOes anyone else experience this? The only suggestion probably is wearing tight pants but I honestly do not have any tight pants or shorts. Everything is over sized so my balls hang freely, lol.

Any advice youd like to suggest?

Try placing a lubriciate between your legs to stop the friction.

Get oversized knee pads and just pull them up to your thighs before putting on your shorts or sweats, so whatever's rubbing onto them get "taped down."
