So a little over a week ago I apparently injured my shoulder, i suspect my rotator cuff. I've never actually sustained this type of injury before so it's new to me. Best i can figure it happened when I was doing either military press or bent over rows with some additional weight. I always try to put the weight on slow, working my total numbers up slowly. Same thing this time, maybe I just had bad form. I did not feel the pain until a couple hours after my workout, and now here it is over a week later and my shoulder still hurts.
It is not severe, I can still lift things, hell i even worked out just the other day, mainly doing curls but bench press is not something I'm willing to risk right now while it's hurting. I'm on the fence about seeing a doctor because I'm thinking all they will tell me is to do certain exercises for a week or so. The soreness is really getting old though and while it doesn't cause me to lose sleep, it has started to interrupt it.
Should I just try doing certain exercises every day? I need some advice from people who have had this same injury.
