I've heard it works to create ATP, and works well in conjunction with creatine because ribose creates ATP and creatine recycles ADP into ATP. From those who have used ribose, is the hype to be believed?

I read a study in one of these books I got, don't know where the book is anymore, but yeah it's like triple the effect of creatine if you combine it

I can't afford anything right now, but it's for future reference. It's a relatively new supplement that's pretty expensive as of now but if it works as hyped it will be more mass produced and not as price dropped.

its good, but nothing special...it wont slap like 20 lbs of muscle on you in a month or two, so it's pretty pointless honestly...you might notice a little difference, but you're the only one thats going to be able to tell

I can never gouge my muscular weight gain accurately because I lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Strength matters more to me anyways.
