It's funny to come back and look at how you've grown as a person by reading old posts. I first came to the forums my sophomore year of high school (evident by my username LOL) after I failed miserably with a girl I went to school with. I am now in my senior year of college and I can honestly credit this website and its articles for a lot of my success.

Although I didn't begin dating until my senior year of high school, I was able to spend much of my junior year in high school working out the kinks in my game and after my breakup with my ex girlfriend during my freshman year of college, I was able to translate this into some fairly solid success up until the beginning of this year. I am currently on my longest dry spell I've had since I've become sexually active so I decided to return to the forums and brush up on some old material to see if it helps me get back on track.

My problem as of late has honestly just been my mindset. I fell hard for a girl a few months ago and when she left me high and dry (she ironically ended up with a girlfriend), it was the beginning of a series of several failed attempts with other girls after that. Rereading some of the old articles, I've gotten away from a lot of my old AFC tendencies however the ones that persist such as seeing a future with a girl without actually getting to know her first or thinking that because things are a particular way now they will always be that way are still there. This has caused a lot of added frustration and possibly cause me to press although I don't think I'm outwardly showing it but I could be wrong. I'm working to correct both of these issues as we speak and I know it's only a matter of time before I'm back on track.

If anybody has any good reads on these feel free to post them.
