You should be getting 8 hours of sleep per night, 7 at a minimum.

What is your diet and workout split like? What is your height/weight/bodyfat now and what are you aiming for?

Are you also burning calories? You could be putting on muscle, but underneath the fat in which case you won't see it. If you want to SEE results, you have to burn calories and try to speed up your metabolism. Try interval training (quick google search on that).
