Because of my work schedule, I only get about 6 hours of sleep a night on a good night, or 4 hours if I have things I need to do. They say you need a plenty of sleep to recover from a workout, that's just not possible for me. Is anyone else in a similar situation, and do you still make progress in your health and fitness?
