Senior Don Juan
I've recently been doing a lot of reading since I'm vacation and have some spare time, and I'd like to start a thread dedicated to books/ebooks people should read to become a [better] DJ and a better person.
So far I recommend the following:
DJ Bible - select parts. Some of the stuff is gold, some is repetitive, but every now and then reading a couple posts is insightful.
Sosuave.com articles - ok this is a given but I might as well cover all the bases. A lot of the articles are basic information but they're a great starting resource.
"Double Your Dating" by David DeAngelo (ebook) - quick read, very good basic information and a good eye opener. I read it in a day.
"The Game" by Neil Strauss - extremely entertaining read with some surprising conclusions. I just finished reading it and it's worth every penny. Rather than a list of behaviors, this book follows "Style" (Neil) in his journey from AFC to one of the top PUAs in the world.
"48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene - found it in the business section but it's an incredible read with lots of historical examples (this is all around knowledge that will get you far).
"The Art of Seduction" by Robert Greene - similar to 48 laws of power but dealing more with seduction. I just started reading it so I can't comment much on it, but so far it's solid. Lots of historical examples of seducers as well.
posts by Rollo Tomassi - he's writing a book but until it comes out he has some very interesting theories on interpersonal relationships.
In addition to these recommendations I'm looking for other books to read as well, so let's get some input here.
