Where are some reliable places to buy dietary supplements? i.e. Vit. C, E, Creatine, Glutamine, and CLA (take a wild guess where I took those from)

As far as I know, in the US, there isn't much regulation on "supplements", so you may not always be getting what you think you're getting.

great prices, good stuff.

and for creatine... two options

if you want a premix, get phosphagen HP, if not try this site:

get the prolab 1kg for 20 bucks, and some dextrose and such per the recipe here.
Thanks, that was quite helpful :) I was not aware of the benefits of taking dextrose with creatine, but that site explains it quite well. Of course, I'm a noob to most of this stuff... I always figured that just working out should build muscle, but that hasn't worked too well for me so far.

Anyway, I take it Prolab is generally a good brand for all supplements?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
