You've probably experienced it when you're walking through town or standing in the club, and suddenly you see her. A pretty 11/10 blonde coming your way. You only have a few seconds to think of what to say. But by the time you've thought of something, she's already gone. And immediately the feeling of regret overwhelms you.
There is not 1 way to get rid of your approach anxiety. Speaking to a stranger will always be a bit tense. What I can promise you is that you will experience ''pain'' no matter what. The only way not to experience ''pain'' is to approach her, because that is the only way to get her number or Instagram.
If you don't speak to her you will experience regret. If you do approach her she may say ''no'' but, you will find that being rejected is not at all as bad as we often imagine. The only way to avoid pain is to approach her!
I didn't write this post to explain to you how you overcome your approach anxiety. The cause of your approach anxiety is different for everyone, so there is not 1 way that works for everyone. For me, what was the turning point in deciding to overcome my approach anxiety was, the realization that you are going to experience pain no matter what.
The more often you do something, the better you get at it. The more ladies you address, the better you will become at addressing ladies. The more often you address ladies, the more confident you become, the less your fear becomes.
Approach anxiety consists of 2 things. Being afraid of being rejected and, being afraid of being embarrassed.
Being afraid of being rejected is because, we like the lady and unconsciously attach a ''high value'' to her. If it was a fat 2/10 you wouldn't care if she rejected you or not.
All women are the same, only some of them have won the biological lottery. Just because she's pretty doesn't mean she's a good woman. Stop placing a high value on someone you don't know.
The 2nd part of approach anxiety consists of being afraid of being embarrassed. There is nothing embarrassing about being rejected, that is something that is in your head. Most people might laugh at you for 10 seconds, and after 30 seconds they have already forgotten you. And the others will respect you for doing something they don't have the guts to do.
You've already won if you say ''hi''. The only thing you have 100% control over is whether or not you approach her. What happens from there is not completely in your control. Maybe she's in a hurry? Maybe her grandmother just died? Maybe she thinks you're cute? Maybe she's simply not interested. You don't know, so you have to disconnect your emotions from the outcome. You win when you say ''hi.''
So the next time you walk through town or club. And you see that handsome 11/10 blonde walking your way, you go talk to her!
