Regarding 16 year old post

There is a 22 year old girl that works part time as a local convient store near my home. She goes to college full time. I have been reluctant to ask her out because of such an age gap. Then I seen a recent posting of a guy interested in a 16 year old. There definitely is a mutual attraction between us. What do you think guys?

She's over 18....IMO there is a huge difference in your situation than the 16 yo situation.
