Redness on my face

For my whole life ive had a rash sort of thing on my cheeks, it comes up alot during the summer and dies just a little during the colder seasons, it just recently got redder, i look like a tomato lol, any idea what this is? I basically look like i just got done running, it also looks like im blushing 24/7

i checked rosacea before, its not like it at all, its subtle not all disgusting like in pics ive seen
