Recent Videos: More "Aggressive" For U (new camera mod.=amazing) took girl home,etc.

haven't checked in here for a while... Anywho, 2 things, both good news-
(if you guys are making videos, etc. don't take this as legal advice, im not a lawyer, check the laws governing your regions before shoot videos)

Just recently I had the good fortune of finding an AMAZING lawyer to represent my GLL project, hes our age and believe in the whole "we like to pick up girls and have sex with them" scene and the other stuff that I get into on my website.

Even at $180/hr. he was willing to give me a lot of advice for free and clear up a lot of legal/potential legal issues with doing REAL videos. Some stuff is black and white, a lot is gray. On a few of these videos I have censor certain stuff that "could be considered sexual harassment" in the state of California (aka kissing a girl). It's completely obvious what happens, but to avoid 'absolutely certainty' I censor it. I dont feel it takes away from the videos however. So that's why a censor box flashes up within .5seconds of "sexual" physical contact. Dont get me wrong though- The videos are PG, there's not adult stuff haha, they are fine for youtube.

Second, as I explain in one (or two?) of the video intros-- we have a new camera, its not a camera at all, thats the beauty of it... its more of an "eyeball" that is hooked into the front of a Cricket cell phone. Basically, my friend can look like he's texting or just standing there and it gets a full shot with decent audio. This is quite different than doing these with a camera (or a camera in a hat, haha) like we were doing before. doing this **** for real, isnt easy... this little magical eyeball makes it SO much easier for us. Sometimes the girls notice my friend loitering around, but in no way is anything obvious. its fukin awesome and I can concentrate on interaction and not camera issues or angling myself in a direction to take focus off my friend.

im thrilled with these past videos, i have more.. but each is like 1gig+ before I convert it so they take some time to upload.. that the only downside to the new eyeball.

the big one-- bounced a girl from the "coffee shop" my place is 10-15min away so the logistics worked out... ill be honest- I haven't done this much, the majority of SAME day lays came when I lived on the beach in Santa Monica... walking distance from 100s of girls.. second- its rare to find a girl that needs a ride in LA (common in NYC).. since everyone drives everywhere in LA

as i said elsewhere- it would be disingenuous if I said "this is only a taste of what I can do! come buy my ebook/workshop/program/etc. and you'll get the real deal!!!!!" (i got nothing to sell anyway though) this is some of the more aggressive day time stuff we do, quick stuff, and wouldnt do much differently. this is probably as dynamic and quick as I (personally) go during the day.. My buddy, Scotty is faster sometimes. in fact, in the first video- taking the girl's shopping cart was probably unnecessary.. I dont necessarily recommend it, but its something thats worked before.. never did I ever think we be able to catch it on cam though.

So I don't want to sound like I'm calling you out in anyway or suggest anything might be staged, but I'm skeptical in general. Do these girls see and know about the camera before hand? I mean I'm no legal person but don't they have to sign a release for you to use their image? Do they see the guy with the camera and being LA and all assume you are some kind of producer or scout and this may make them more receptive?

hey Stagger - no problemo.. check out my original post (above the video links), there's no camera anymore (like in the first5 videos)... no camera to see. that allows me to do more, in my opinion... in the first 5 videos there was a typical digital camera, now its a cell phone held straight out (NOT A CAMERA PHONE), that can shoot decent stuff. my friend looks like he's playing on his phone... and doesn't even look like he knows me.. just another person standing around texting

you never 'have' to do anything, just know the risks, and accept the risks and minimize certain things if worst case scenario happens. That we're willing to do, we will never ever stage anything ever and pass it off as the real deal. I have a certain line that I won't cross, there's a lot of gray areas though. (btw this wasn't addressed at you... when I say 'you)

OK, I watched the last video above and as far as I can tell it looked like a total legit pick up and the girl didn't see any camera.

To me more than anything, what your videos show and not to say you don't have good "game" (I hate the term "game" because I don't think it's an actual descriptor of anything) is that you dont need "game" to close on a girl. You're tall, muscular and most importantly imo have at least an above average face and good hair. Displaying some outgoingness to keep the conversation going and boldness and escalating is all you need besides an adequate appearance. You just have to present that to a girl that is at least open to being fvcked by a guy she just met.

this is just a brief, non-professional fyi on the issue of filming in public, without a prior established "implied consent," such as making your camera COMPLETELY obvious to all parties that are in the immediate area of the filming. it was news to me.

this isn't legal advice, don't regard it as such.
if nothing else, it's evidence that we've looked into this issue of "filming real approaches," please see the laws in your jurisdiction before filming anywhere but on your private property.

hey I won't go into detail, but I used to think that "if you get a person in public on video, you need a waiver," it's not entirely true. I've It's one HUGE gray area as my attorney explained.

Believe it or not, "voyeur" hidden camera videos on youtube, filmed in the public domain (a street, a commercial business such as a grocery store, etc.) are NOT illegal or breaking any laws, regardless is the person being filmed has given consent or not. Examples of such surprisingly legal videos are Youtube video: where are guy is filming a woman's breasts, where a guy is following a woman's bubble butt, where a guy is filming a woman's feet, etc. Is that surprising? It was to me.

As a general matter, if you videotape people in public places, even if they have not consented to being recorded, you will not be liable for a violation of "intrusion upon seclusion" because by exposing themselves to public observation, people are not entitled to the same level of privacy that they would enjoy within their own homes. Examples include videotaping a person in a public park, at a sporting event, on the steps of a government building, or at another public location. Federal and state laws, however, limit the right to record the activities of people engaged in private activities in places where they would reasonably expect to be private. If you videotape people under such circumstances, you could be liable for a violation of intrusion. For example, it is illegal in Illinois to "videotape, photograph, or film" people without their consent in "a restroom, tanning bed, or tanning salon, locker room, changing room or hotel bedroom." 720 Ill. Comp. Stat. 5/26-4(a).

now for REAL, non-staged pickup videos, its somewhat more of a gray area. I won't go into too much detail since it is extensive. But the issue of filming without consent and/or "hidden cameras," is not as I (and many others) might have thought. Like, say- in California, for example. It remains very much a gray area, with a lot more rights to the photographer than I previously expected. Certainly a waiver/consent, blurred face would clear the matter up, but having faces does not a make consent mandatory, by any means. In some cases (in certain videos) I'm willing to sit in the gray area for purposes of authenticity. I will never do these approach any other way.

A huge key here is - Public Domain. A domain in which a person is reasonably expect to forfeit his privacy. Security cameras in commercial stores. Out in the middle of the street. In a parking lot. In a grocery store you know what im saying...

Another key is 'community standard', this is an eyeball test. If the video clearly presents a certain party in a lewd or vulgar light, they might be able to claim damages. Certain censoring can avoid this and make sure the both parties are clear of this.

there's some other criteria that sit in the gray area, but you get the point... it was surprising to me.

this isn't a green light to go filming yourself hitting on women, but rather a 'contrary to popular belief' type of thing. Like a lot of non-violent legal matters, it's neither black or white.

I was surprised at how those conversations seemd pretty awkward and forced at times. Those are typically how mine go too and I kind of give up at those points but I guess as long as she hasn't rejected you you should just keep going. Also I get really nervous about macking on a girl in front of other strangers but it doesn't seem to bother you or these girls either.

I'm just amazed at how all of a girls priorities and socially constructed defense mechanisms go out the window when she is with a guy she thinks is hot and he's displaying attractive traits and making her feel comfortable. Like that last girl was not worried at all about being labeled a slut and inconveniencing her friend who might have already been on her way to come pick her up.

Just seeing a woman behave like that is pretty rare to me. My mind is blown and yet I feel better since that's kind of how my conversations go but I give up too early all I gotta do is persist.

GLL i gotta give u credit bro for going out there and trying out this stuff. Daygame/cold approaching is very difficult, and if you come to a place like Toronto where it's especially hard the vast majority of women will try to brush you off no matter how good looking/well/dressed/well behaved you are.

You can be tall, good looking, and wearing a suit with a great professional job and even if you approach a girl who is an artsie and unemployed wearing ripped up track pants she will still think she is too good for you, such is the extraordinary level of entitlement seen in today's vast majority of women.

Daygame is the one area I don't do so much, women around where I am tend to look at strangers who approach them in a suspicious, cold way. Usually I stick to club game, online game, or meeting girls through friends. What would you say your success rate is in the cold approach vs other areas like online/clubs/through friends?

if you are familiar with our stuff, its not meant to "meet women" or "get girls".. its completely to GET LAID. it screens out the chicks you describe within 5seconds and only "works" on hot, sexually available (perhaps DTF at that moment) girls. It's strictly GET LAID game. obviously once you bang a girl she might become a ****buddy, girlfriend, who knows.. the decision is yours because girls dont meet guys that roll like that too often.

success rate is hard to really put together. the biggest factor on my 'success rate' is my logistics. I lived at the beach in Santa Monica and I literally had 5,000 girls a day walk past my apartment, in that 10months- my SAME DAY success rate was super high. Conversely I lived in West Hollywood for 2 years, once near a super traffic bar (2minute walk) and my SAME NIGHT success rate was good really.

maybe that avoids your question and i apologize if it does, I'm kinda against throwing %'s around. A guy that has a 50% success rate, might only bang 1 girl in 3 years. Another guy that has a 2% success rate might fuk 30 high level actresses a year. Who is better? it's obvious... ya know what I mean

We need more people that we can trust doing vids. I have actual vids of me fvcking girls. I'd have to blur out my and her faces in the 2 that came out clearly though. I could never show us full blown on a public forum, not even face pics. Sorry. Most of my vids are not good quality cause it's dark and I'm not at my place, so I have to set the cam while she's not looking, even then, it's a rushed setting up and I may miss us entirely.
