While many people on here might say not to give compliments, I actually disagree to the fullest. I feel there needs to be a nice balance of compliments and insults.

Tell a girl a compliment that she usually never gets, like "hey I like your earrings"

Girls put a **** ton of time into these details and when someone notices it, they feel pretty good.

Usually they'll return with a "thanks I like your shirt" Then you say with a smirk "Wish I could say the same" lol

Haha i agree, guys get way too wrapped up in stuff you're not meant to do. When the truth is, if you compliment her and genuinely mean it, it wont come across as you trying to do some sleazy move to get into her nicely laced knickers with the little red bow.

Yeah, nothing wrong with complimenting a woman. Just don't do it out of neediness, be genuine about it.

IE: If you think her earrings look stupid, don't say "Hey nice earrings!"
