I have been taking some time off the gym for about 3 weeks, but I am soon about to go back. I would usually eat fast food everyday while working out, but it would be light meals though. Example: Mcdonalds: 4 piece nugget and one medium fry.

I want a cut-up sexy azz body by the end of May. I graduate from college in December and I will move to California for acting and pharmaceutical sales. I am 21 years old now, and will be 22 on August 5th.

What do you think about my eating plan? I want all my abs to show, The most I got was the top four, and the bottoms were still covered in fat.

A couple of years ago, I would eat Yayas chicken as a form of food and some vegetables. But is it really nesscary to eat a certain amount of proteins and carbs a day? Please inform me.

Oh yeah and with the eating plan I was on, with all the fast food, my body was nice looking, I had everything....BUT.......THE bottom part of my stomach. I know how to get everything else, but do you think my eating was the problem with the bottom of my stomach, or is there some SPECIAL thing I should do. I never had a 6 pack just a 4 pack and I want a 6 pack BADLY.

Read the cutting guide and follow it. If you want to lose the fat you got to take fat loss seriously.

I think your eating plan is 5hit. If you're serious about cutting, you gotta be serious about your diet. Also, you can't spot cut (ie lose fat on the belly only).
