Well actually they should be fairly good for bulking. It doesnt really matter if its a sausage or a piece of **** that ure eating, if they are rich in protein and have little fat, they are good for bulking up. There's only one more thing: I cant really tell what kind of carbohydrates they have. THeres something which is called carbohydrate index or something like this (actually thats not what its called but I dont know the right term in english), which categorizes carbohydrates into good and into bad ones, so youd have to check if these carbohydrates are bad if u wanna make sure its good food. I have never really paid attention the carbohydrates, though. I just eat enough food thats fairly low in fat, but high in protein and eat as much of it as I need to reach the protein intake I need to get. Thats usually worked out pretty well and as I paid attention to only (or well mostly) eat food thats high in protein but low in fat Ive been able to gain muscle, without gaining any fat.

All in all I think it pretty much all comes down to the protein and fat levels. Eat food thats high in protein and low in fat. Period. 8g protein / 2g fat isnt as ideal as low fat yogurt, tuna or chicken breast, but its still pretty good. I suggest u dont only eat those sausages, though ;)

Bought myself one of those george forman grill things, so I can chuck what ever under there, cook it and eat it the next day. I work 9-5 and it will be a pain to eat high protien food regularly.

So will start eating chicken breast, and streak.

High protien, low fat foods was my initial plan, will go back to it, dont want to make things overly complicated or boring.

Having trouble with motivation at the moment ... should kick things off this weekend.

Last year I lost 2.5 stone from running every other day ... I am now a skinny f-cker :( and need to put on mass quickly.

Actually your nutrition doesnt have to be boring..mine is right now cause I started a 2 months cutting cycle but Ill be done soon :D I wouldnt go as far as eating only for working out/putting on mass...I mean I do eat a lot of chicken breast, yogurt and especially drink low fat milk (thats probably where I get most my protein from), but I also eat noodles (which arent high in protein, but hardly have any fat), also eat home-made pizzas quite frequently (the one u take out of the..umm not fridge..I mean the thing where its even colder lol sorry I'm german..) and fast food stuff like burger king, mc donalds, a pizza at a restaurant, ...and so on like twice a month I guess...I also eat bread, cornflakes and so on and so on...Working out is supposed to make my life better at the end of the day and I dont think it would if I only ate stuff that doesnt taste good just so I get my daily cals and protein....you can make a compromise. just eat what u feel like eating but pay attention so you dont eat crappy food too often (just what ud do if u were trying to just not get any fatter) plus make sure u get enough protein by drinking low-fat milk, skim cottage cheese on your daily bread, low fat yogurt, etc. ...I really dont have a problem eating not-boring but still manage to get enough protein to put on mass (I usually get up to 2grams per kg bodyweight..which would be like 0,9 g protein per lbs...I guess all in all I get like 0,8g of protein per lbs of bodyweight on a daily basis...and I think its exaggerated to try to eat 2g of protein per lbs of bodyweight if you're just striving for an athletic body and dont have a bodybuilder's ambitions...)

hope that helps you

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Sorry but I don't think running through the streets naked is gonna help you much here. Too much cardio. ;)
