When you're feeling down...

Maybe someone insulted you.
Maybe you were turned down by some hottie.
Maybe you were turned down by some fatty?
You got a bad grade on your test.
You got fired.
Your car broke down...

These things don't matter, let it go. Use them ALL as a chance to improve yourself >> Tomorrow, strive to be better than you were the previous day- at all costs through thick and thin. Don't dwell on the situation. The quicker you understand that you can be better, feel better, think clearer and work harder than the day before through any obstacle the better + more clever you really are. It's rough but I'm telling you if you keep your head up you will prevail- it's all about the inside and how you feel.

Did you do something stupid? Get over it. We all do stupid things, say stupid things and feel ignorant. It's part of being human. What you can do is learn from the mistake you made and start being on point all the time. Handle conflict as it comes, but if you're learning and getting better with each day- you will handle conflict that much better in the future.

Don't give up. Don't Stop. Don't Dwell. It's a waste of time...you have to create positive energy constantly. If you want to cause the right effect both with people and in your mind.

Remember this, people don't know what you're thinking. If a group of individuals had taken the piss out of you- got you down and feeling sorry...you move on to the next group of people that expect you to be up. But you're down, and a real bummer too. So the next time they see you...they think, oh damn, here he comes. If you let it go and were confident and feeling happy- your conflict would be resolved and you'd be ready to meet the next crew. Besides, those other cats will get theirs.

If a girl is running circles around you...stop following 360 degrees on your heels, slow it down- get on your toes and think about the situation. Relax. And do the numbers in your head always. You got time to get her, but even more time to get the others.

its like ****ing up a play in football or not making the basket.....It was just that play/basket/mistake..so now you must learn from it and forget about your mistake and move on, or you aren't going to win!

Not necessarily. Don't let things slide to a point that people KNOW you won't do anything about it. Yeah, don't sweat it, but make SURE you let others know what you won't tolerate.

yeah i agree bust.it...i used to be so insecure as to let it go and be completely passive (as if i was just too cool)...but now I make sure a give it back because i see myself bigger inside. so you're right. you need to stand stronger. of course, sometimes i feel it's not even worth wasting my breath fighting someone obviously not a match to me in mental fitness.
