im thinking of starting to lift but the problem is im 15 and im not sure if gyms let you use there weights if your 15. I have a few dumbells (4.5kg). I think i can start a diet but any advice? Could i go on a diet and see gains with these small weights or anything?
Do gyms let you use there free weights if your 15 and is lifting a good idea at this small age. Im young and i want the girls NOWWW Damnit i want to start as soon as possiable.

I odnt go to gym much, i dont remember if its 15 or 16 they let you start using it, was one or the other thats in the uk thou.

Im aobut to get some nice 50kg weights whilst weights are a bad idea when you are yound and even at 17 i have not finished growing, i think 4.5kg dumbelss are to small i have some and seeing as i can mange 100 reps it seems pointless, use at least 25kg in total i would say or its to little.

Doesn't matter where you start from, could be 2kg or 20kg. The point is to get as strong as hell on particular exercises. When you've conquered your current set of weights, go to a gym or buy more!

15 is fine to start lifting IMO, just start small and learn proper form.

15 is NOT a fine age to start thinking about getting the girls though. Wait 'til your personality develops, learn about proper sex safety etc etc, then go for a girl you actually LIKE, not who comes on to you because you've got good pecs.
