Suppose she contacts you and her profile says she's looking for a guy making 100k+ per year when your profile clearly states that you make 50k per year. How to handle? thx

What does the rest of her profile say, the free form part? Is she only talks about doing grandious things that will cost a fortune you may have a money hound on your hands. If she doesn't, she may just feel that she is attracted by the qualitites that a man of means has. All you will need to do in that case is show her those qualities.

By the way, did she disclose how much she makes? Just curious because I've run into the same thing and I laugh that most of the time she doesn't say anything about her income. Hey! That could be used as a C/F opening email if that's the case! ;)

No, she didn't post her income (thanks for the c+f idea...I'll run with it). She lists her favorite activities as travel, boating, volunteering and yoga/exercise.

Appreciate the advice.

If she just wants someone to finance her life then why e-mail a guy making 50k? :D
