I've read in several places that when you mix up your creatine you should drink it right away (or within the first hour or so). This is because the creatine will turn into creatinine if you let it sit too long and creatinine is useless to the body.
Is this also true with whey powder or other meal replacement drinks?
I usually mix up my whey in the morning and take it to work in a thermos. I drink half of it a couple hours later and then the other half at the end of the day.
Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
