Question about the tips forum

Why aren't the tips kept for a longer period?

I find them infinitely more helpful than looking at the same old rehased questions in the forum.

Can't we keep more than two pages of tips at a time? Or is it time related (i.e. a certain number of days are kept?)

huh? Tips are kept mostly forever... I'm not sure what you are talking about.

Choose "Show All Topics" and GO. Good tips are never deleted.

Holy Cow, now that I see show all topics, I see that I have a serious backlog of reading to look at.

I will stick to the tips. I am getting jaded about the quality of the forums now as well. I guess it's a natural progression. Everyone grows tired of the newbies!

Just a quick question, Do you guys (Mods included) Think that this is a regression towards the means, and will naturally correct itself, or is there decisive action which needs to be taken on our parts?

...to improve the health of the content on the forum, I mean.
