Question about online guitar lessons

I've been playing for about 20 years, but want to continue to hone my chops.

Have you guys found any sites online that you found useful for a daily lesson or practice?

I've found some guitar videos on Youtube. Stuff like Paul Gilbert. It rocks!

I just got back into playing again. My Jackson kelly is still in need of repair (a simple fix but Im just too lazy) and the floyd rose is a PITA so I picked up a cheap DEAN ML X (like dimebags - RIP) with out the floyd rose so I can just pick it up and play.

I like hitting up youtube and ultimate-guitar.com for their tabs.
