Question about lean-ness

I am about 5 foot 8-9" , 19 years of age, and about 163lbs (with shoes on). I am currently muscular but I want to have more of that 'attractive - lean look' that makes girls go wild. Based on my body type (including height/weight) what would you guys suggest?

I was thinking of eating primarily protein (including shakes), focusing on 10-15 rep ranges, and doing cardio (which I never do) several times a week for 30-45 mins.

I'm working on a total transformation so I'll be looking my best when I go to college this fall, help me out guys..

You mean for the fall semester starting in about 10 days???

10-15 reps will do nothing for you and contary to a widely held belief high reps won't cut you up, they will only give you endurance. You need to cut calories below maintenance and as always, keep reps in the 4-8 range.... read the stickies
