As long as you stay active, your HDL bad cholesterol will stay low. All the males on my dad's side have died of heart attack. I eat damn near 12 eggs per day while bulking, and my HDL was in the 160's. Don't let them tell you they're bad, or to just eat the whites, or use egg substitutes. All the vitamins are in the yolk, and do you really want to waste half of every egg you buy?
