I have my training routine and all that sorted out but Im stuck on what I sould be eating and all that to bulk up. I know you sould take loads of protein and have six meals a day but I was wondering would some one be able to post an example of what they eat on a daily basis. Say what you have for breakfest, lunch etc. just to give me an idea. Props
