I'm currently on a bulking routine which is similar but not exactly the same as Diesel's Bulking Thread.
Diesel reccomends not doing any cardio while bulking but I've also read some of the arguments on that thread stating otherwise.
My current routine has me doing 15-20 mins. of cardio 3 times a week.
I'm also a goalie for a hockey team. We play once a week for about two hours. While playing goal I sweat like a motherfawker. Its mostly due to the gear that I have to wear. My heart rate doesn't get very high and the workout you get while playing isn't overly strenuous.
Does this seem like too much cardio? Will my goaltending be detrimental to my gains? Is it not good to be sweating that much while trying to bulk up?
