As it stands now, I have a carb cut-off going for the last 5 hours or so of the day. However, these last meals contain a few trace carbs in the ON 100% Whey Protein that I use, as well as a few from the fat free cottage cheese. I'm not trying to overanalyze, just trying to make sure I have everything in order. Are these trace carbs a problem?
