It is accepted that:

-Enthusiasm = Sign of confidence

-Excitement = Sign of being insecure

So when when talking with enthusiasm what do you do so people don't confuse your enthusiasm with excitement?

I've come across the idea of keeping relaxed posture while speaking with enthusiasm. The only problem is:
Could you come off as incongruent this way?

Are you proposing that confident people are never excited? I'd have to disagree... you can definitely be confident and excited at the same time. Excitement does not tranlate to being insecure... perhaps some of the ways that you manifest that excitement could be contrued as insecure, but the emotion itself is just that - an emotion.

I've heard that it is not important to read her body language as much as it is to assume that she likes you. How do you interpret these signs when most women basically flirt with any guy they meet? How do you tell if they do actually like them or are just having fun?
