There are some guys at the gym that I notice(and I frequently see this from dudes that worked out in prison) that have abs that bulge way out. It almost looks like a pot belly except that it is muscle. You can tell these dudes are strong as f*ck. Chuck Liddell even has a bit of that going on if you watch UFC.
Then there are the dudes with the type of abs I want like you see in Calvin Klein ads. Their stomachs are pretty flat, don't really bulge or protrude, but there is no fat and their 6 pack is well defined.
Why do some people develop the pot belly sort of abs while some don't? I want to avoid that.
