Cardio before breakfast loses fat, so yeah, good for you.

Have a banana, not water.
Stretch well, and start.

Punchbag routine, you have to know how to hit it properly.

Wrap your hands, wear 12+oz gloves. Otherwise you'll fvck up your wrist like I did 2 days ago :(

Do 3 or 4 hit combos (jab, cross, jab; jab, cross, hook; jab, cross, uppercut; etc). If you want to add in kicks, even better. Repeat the same set of combos for 2 minutes, then switch it up every 2 minutes. Every 10 minutes, punch the bag as hard and fast as you can freestyle for 30 seconds, then cool off for 2 minutes with shadowboxing. Repeat the whole thing for 30 minutes, then do an ab workout for 10 minutes (crunches, leg lifts, superman, etc - do your research). Stretch for 10 minutes and you're done.

That's basically the cardio class of my kickboxing studio, with too much variation to list. If you do that 5 days a week first thing in the morning, fat will fly off your body. Drink water, don't eat anything (not milk or juice either) until after the workout.

I think I need to use my mexican wraps.
Furthermore, 2007 my amateur career begins, hooray!

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

I really can't ****in' wait.
Attend as many local amateur tourneys and ones overseas.
Who knows, maybe I can make a run for the Olympics in 08, but that's a long shot. What's life without goals though, eh?

Extremely pointless in my opinion. Good luck on that man. Excuse me, I forgot, luck is for the ill-prepared. Let me rephrase. Go kick some ass bro :box:

Got some sparring tonight, I think I'm eating too much about an hour before, but who cares, guy.

It's ALL about mind and preparation.

Punching bag routine? I dont know if there is a routine persay. Stretch jumprope shadow box to work on your form start with just punches and work some combos out. get your footwork down and hit the bag.

Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

everyone, pay attention to this. punchbag cardio is fine if you're a boxer and know how to do it safely, but if you hurt your wrist you can forget weight training for a while. train smart.

oh and Kas, yes, drink water while you do cardio, it's important mate. :)

5 days a week? Is that overworking your abs too much.

Fortunately it was only a slight sprang and I'm nearly recovered.

For most muscle groups 5 days a week is 5 times too much. Abs, however, recover much quicker. Maybe when you first start out you can limit the ab workout to 2 or 3 times a week. I haven't had any problems working them 5x a week - they don't even get sore anymore.
