What do you call this behaviour and how to deal with it?

Someone brings you computer for repair, screen replacement, you replace it, price is good, and you only make $20 off of it, the rest is the price of the screen. After the cleint brings computer home she call you and tells you that now battery is not charging, and something else that has nothing to do with LCD replacement.

Another scenario, you change display on an iphone, the client check it over and tell you that the sound is not the way it used to be. You check it over and dinamic is normal, it does not buzz, or make noises, everything is creastal clear.

You know how you like to brag about Russia being a lawless land? Well, that's great if you are d!cking over business owners. But unfortunately, you are a business owner. Here, in the US, we have these things called "contracts." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contract

When someone breaks a contract, we have this other thing called a "court system." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judiciary

You don't have things like contracts or real courts in Russia, which is why your country will always be a sh!tty place to try and run a business.

I can't translate that 'pissed in my cornflax syndrome', I need something more scientific. I literally gonna write an information bulletin and hang in the most visible place. Presently I'm writing acts when I take electronics for repair and when I repair it and give it back, which basically states warranty is given for a certain period of time indicated above and it is only for that thing that was repaired, you have 2 hours to check normal operation of your device, after 2 hours everything will be taken as a new brakage. This had an effect to a degree, at least I don't get people returning, but I do get calls from time to time, like in examples above. No one is going to go to court over sh1t like this, but they could complain to department of better business. I need some guns at hand with psychology, so I can deal with people like that accordingly. I doubt that they are trying to screw me over though, I believe something is wrong with their head. Let's face it, they come already pissed here, they broke their device, and most of them don't even want to admit it was their fault. That's issues with head and I think these issues are universal.

It's called: Dealing With Crazy Fûcking People Syndrome. Most countries on Earth have this issue. There is no known cure for DWCFPS at the moment.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
