PRP therapy for hair thinning problems, anyone has anything to say?

So considering to opt for a FUE hair transplantion and while doing my researches I read about the PRP therapy to improve the quality and size of hair left which in fact is said to solve minor problems without going the whole way with the FUE.

Anyone did some research or has any experience with that?
