hi everybody, i'm looking forward to put like 10kgs of muscles on in 3 months and i wanted to rely just on eating a lot and workin out. however, today i saw a new shop close to my house and i went there. i saw that they sell snacks for gainers and there is this little bar with chocolate flavor (i think) which was like 20 g of proteins and costs just 2$. so, i decided to eat some of them. how many would you suggest that i should eat x day?

consider that i weigh 63kgs (140 lbs) and i'd like to get to 70kg (155 lbs) as soon as possible

diesel said that we should eat 1,3 - 1,5 g x kg of body weight.
i absolutely want to gain AT LEAST 7-8 kgs in 3 months, for then i'll have to get back to definition... i know that it's really hard, but i don't think that is impossible... plus i just noticed that my father has some energetic bars in the kitchen, with 11g of proteins each... unfortunately, they taste like sh1t, but whatever... sacrifice brings to glory:D

don't buy those little bars!

buy a tub of good quality whey protein (20g+ protein per scoop) and eat two scoops straight after your gym work.

for your other protein, eat chicken breast or other meat + potatoes or other good carbs every meal + beans to top up the protein.

good luck bud; putting on 10kg of muscle is very very hard to do. putting on 10kg of bodyweight is easy if you overload your carbs, but that means you'll get a belly (not very sexy)

for seriously putting on muscle with little fat gain, max-ot recommends 45g protein, 35g carbs and 5g fat per meal (for someone who weighs 70kg)

expensive though dude, that's why i recommend the whey; (i get 4 chicken breasts here in scotland for £3) - whey is better value.
