Hey guys,
I was curious on how much time is too much after the workout to take your protein. I for instance sometimes workout in the gym at my school and cant drink the protein right after the workout for some reason or another. Thanks ahead of time.

Its weightgainer protein if it makes any difference.

an hour or two isnt going to kill you, so you'll be fine.

BTW, are you sure it's a protein weightgainer? Weightgainers are usually just massive doses of sugar.

Ditch the gainer and stick to regular whey protein. Those weight gainer 1000's are pure ****.
