It seems difficult to get the required kind of protein as a vegetarian. Also, many of the supplements on the market don't seem to be suitable for my diet either.

Does anybody have any tips for me or know of vegeterian supplements? Can anyone empathise?

Thanks

Soy protein powder, tofu ( I have heard that soy products cause your body to create extra estrogen...not good), beans, nuts...

Or you could say F-it and enjoy a nice, juicy steak, chicken, pork chop....MMMMM...I'm making myself hungry.

If you are a vegetarian, what you need to do is get a head of lettuce. Lay it down on the cutting board. Sharpen your chef's knife, and stick it in your ear.

I think beans might be a good source. Not sure myself, since I'm a meat-eater (and I smell like sh!t as a result).

Heard somewhere the monks in ancient times used to eat a lot of beans to keep their bodies fit and healthy. Not sure, but you should ask a nutriontist or something.

By the way, i wonder if eating people is healthy? I heard human flesh has a lot of vitamens
