Prom Tickets? Do I Buy...

Hey guys!

I understand that you should never buy a girl (expensive dinners, gifts..) when your first going out.
I've stood by this idea for a long time, but now prom has come around and I was wondering what everyone's opinions our regarding buying your date her ticket?
I can afford her ticket, just wondering if I should buy it?

if she is your date and you asked her then its your choice. i would, it isn't a sign of weakness or anything your taking her to prom... If she is from a different school then you 100% need to. My friend didn't buy his date the ticket and she freaked out on him. My situation was different I went to her prom so she bought my ticket and shes coming to mine so i bought hers so we basically went even.
