Does anyone know a good projected max chart/calculator I can use on the web?

It's a badly-kept secret.
As in... "If you are x bodyweight and y height, you should be lifting z"? If that's what you're after, don't waste your time.

My friend told me the following:

If you can do 4 sets with 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps respectively, then you are doing 65%, 70%, 75%, and 80% of your max. So, find out what weight you can do and then convert it to your max.

Those charts can be off anywhere from 20-40lbs.
