Just a year of consistent training starting weight 152.4

Current stats

Height 5'8
Weight 172.3

All maxes are with one rep

Max Squat 375
Max Bench 315
Max Deadlift 405

Did the routine in the Vault called "Where to Start" along with the eating. Hopefully this will motivate some people still got a long way to go

dude this is awesome! keep going! No such thing as too big , get it done brotha! I hear ya social leper, im 5 foot 8 and my back width has grown insane amounts in the past year same with my shoulders. But I havent been told its unattractive yet lol

I lifted on and off alot of messing around with no direction. Basically I would follow would trainer A told me, along with what I saw people in the gym do. So if I seen somebody lift x amount of weight I would try it to like an idiot. Was homeless for a bit, dated a BPD girl, and s fair share of other problems with the ladies. Ended up having a kid of my own (to which the mother packed up and left). It was a tough pill to swallow but I realized I had no direction. A friend of mine who trains young bodybuilders told me

"Your stopping and starting says alot about you. I've trained girls who weigh and lift more than you do! My guy (his body builder trainee who took 1st in our state) worked hard for 3 years! What have you done?! Worry about hitting your natural potential before even qualifying yourself of such nonsense. Dont mean to be harsh but its the truth take it or leave get big and improve or stay small and get left behind!" Needless to say that was the ambition I needed to put my focus 100% into lifting.

Thanks man I'm getting bigger/ more leaner as of late
 

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
