I am a HUGE wrestling fan and I have been since I was 6 years old. There was nothing I used to enjoy more then watching Raw and Nitro every Monday night knowing that I had a tough week of school ahead of me. I use to buy the figures and wrestle with them and I played all the video games. I watched every WWF, WCW, and ECW program I could.

Even if you were never as big a fan as I was, you have to admit that it has become a sad day in the pro wrestling world. I don't know who is writing this crap but I literally cannot even watch it anymore. The WWE is all that remains and they have such potential now to use wrestlers from their formal rivals but instead they just hire these nobodies that last for about a month. Instead of watching wrestler we used to only dream of being in matches such as: Goldberg, Nash, Hall, RVD, Sabu, Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Taz, Sting, Jericho, old Booker T, Vader, Psycho Sid

John Cena, King Booker, Carlito, Batista, Brock Lesnar, the Boogeyman, Jim Morrison, MVP, Kennedy, Fit Finley

Imagine what WWE could be today:
Goldberg vs Taz
Sandman vs Kevin Nash
old Booker T vs RVD
Mikey Whipreck vs "stone cold" Steve Austin
Sting vs Triple H
Goldberg vs Triple H

but instead we get a rapping wigger on steroids as our champion for the last 8 months

I stopped watching regularly shortly after the Attitude era died.

Stephanie Mcmahon and Triple H's creative influence have turned WWE into complete and utter sh!t.

Bobby Lashley and Cena are glorified midcarders being propped up and forced down the fans throats as the next Rock and Austin.

Both men are a complete and utter joke and if there were viable competition both men would be unemployed in WWE and working the C show of the other company that being WCW Saturday night.

Well ok maybe Cena is redeemable but only as a heel.

Make him a heel and put him in a feud against a returning Chris Jericho and then you get entertainment and ratings.

Yeah though even in the best case scenario todays talent does not match up to Bret Hart Vs. Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart Vs. Austin or surfer Sting Vs. Ric Flair in both men's primes.

Even watch Bret Hart Vs. Owen Hart at Wrestlemania 10 and you get a hard hitting match with virtually no slowdown.

Watch a Cena Vs. Orton match and what do you get except a lot of crappy headlocks and rest holds with no in ring psychology.

Pathetic and boring.

I've always been a big fan of wrestling myself, but I can't bear it any more. I hate all the comedy story lines and soap opera sh!t, but that's taken over now. Until about a year ago TNA was providing some great wrestling and athleticism and less of this chick flick tripe, but even that's gone the same way now.

Oh and for all those "wrestling is fake" critics. I hate to break the bad news to you, but so are movies!

Cena vs Orton match is a match made for women. Wrestling evolution has become alot like the music industry in terms of its evolution. If you remember the 80's and early 90's wrestlers and rockers were mostly ugly dudes but it didn't matter cause we value them on their skills, persona and talent( guys like Jake the Snake and Hacksaw Jim Daggon, were hairy ugly red blooded hicks with a beer belly and they entertained the hell out of the crowd). Now you got all the "pretty boys" with the abs (orton, Cena, Batista) taking over and changing the scene so chicks will have something to watch. It also happens in the movies, no more Arnold coming down killing and blowing the sh1t out of every thing that moves, today you got a geek spiderman who has oneitis to the core that cries like a b1tch if his girl doesn't respond to him.
