Problems with Whiteknights/Mangina's etc etc

I know every one will come across white knights/mangina's/puzzy beggers each day in their lives. We know that we don't care a damn about this guys :yes: .

The problem i see is, when one of these guys is a colleague or a boss of yours. You know for sure they will give more importance and priority for women than a hard working guy. Promotions/favors/holidays/pay rise you say it they give it away for them :trouble: .

I request you guys who are matured and seniors to come here and throw some light on this issue, How to deal with this kind of guys in Work places?. I have seen that these ****tards smile/giggle and happy when they talk to girls/women at work, but when it comes to helping other male colleague they just pretend we don't exist. this happened with me too :cuss:

OP I agree with Danger, I used to work at hotels when I was younger, a lot of the male managers would give better schedules and perks to the pretty girls. Of course a few of the female managers would give me some perks because I'm a good looking guy.

Turn the women against him and make them see him as a weak faggot. Trust me, I've done it, I had this happen to me at my work place. Women might hate you at first for being 'that guy' but they will respect you over time, as for the boss, they'll devalue him to the point of being a lacky. At that point the business is already dying and any gains made from this will only be momentary. The problem really is that the WOMEN are in command of the workplace. Whenever women OF ANY CULTURE take the reigns, you get mostly failure. A jelly backbone boss will never stand up to women and that is more dangerous than anything, either keep your head down and transfer out or quit because you can pretty much be guaranteed that the company is on its way out. I hate office politics, this is why I'm going home to take up a trade job.

One thing that is going to come out of all this feminist miss-management is the rise of MALE CONTROLLED SMALL BUSINESS.

I posted this exact situation last year. Well the female leads drove that multi-million dollar business head first into the ground and the ball less wonder followed them all the way there. In the end he was shocked and COMPLETELY FLOORED when he found out that he wasn't getting all his saved vacation pay... like 30,000 USD.
