hey dudes, I'd like some help on this
You see, cause of all my self-improvemants right now, I can safeley say I'm (pretty much) the most confident guy in my class/grade. But it's not really paying off
You see, somehow the other dudes don't like it when you challenge there 'position' (who's the alpha, etc). So what happends is, they try to make fun of me first chance they get. In groups, cause they wouldn't dare face my alone.
In class there are no kids who I'm best-friends with. There are some afc dudes who I hang out with, they're allright.
What anoyes the sh*t out of me though, is that all these other phussies try to get to me in groups. In class, we have two (sortof) naturals, these guys are cool, got no problem with em. One goodlooking bheta who has now taken on the role of leader of the crowd. These naturals don't really seem to care. The naturals and 'leader' are friends btw.
Then we've got about 6/7 ass-kissers who do everything to hang with these 3 guys, copy there jokes, slang and agree with everything they say.
And then there's me. I stand alone against this group of ass-kissers en a wannebe leader. Though I could verbally take down all of em, I can't take them all at once. They back eachother up constenley.
It's not like a war or anything, naah..I can have fun with these people (even though I think most of em are really, really lame) but it's like every time I have fun (with the afc's) or make some smart ass coment, or take up more space they all go in defence mode, cause they wanna stay boss or whatever.
Now I really don't care about who's "boss" in class, but these fags need to leave me alone. I let them get to me and that anoyes me. I'm dissepointed about that. It's like I have a problem with my yang energy. I have a great personality, but when people p*ss on me I just laugh along.
I need to tell em to STFU, but I stand alone. Now what is a smart way to handle a situation like this?
No, actually, a better question is: how do you handle people (or groups of people) who disrespect you in general? And where is the line between just joking and disrespecting? (at this point, I'm anoyed with every little thing)
(Btw, srry for the long introduction to this question, doesn't really add anyhting i guess but I just wanted to write it down, get it off my chest. I came home angry yesterday because I let it get out of hand. You probably have the impression now that my school-life is all about fighting off bully's, but that's not the case. I actually enjoy it
