Well since last sunday I came up with this pretty good tip and I sure hope it will work for you guys also. but when talking to a chick you like either at school or just somewhere pretend she is young. thats right cause right away she can tell if you like her so pretend in your head that she's like five or more years younger than you. this will make her easier to talk to and to approach.

I was at the mall yesterday and my brother which is younger than me wanted me to ask someone at this video store when some movie came out. So before I chatted up this sales lady whick was a hb8 I pretended in my head that she was as old as my little brother and so I did and I even kinda got personall with her also. I felt pretty good afterwards.

so if your a chicken like me try that. I believe it will boost up your confidence.

killbill, my advice to you is to treat her like she's a handicapped golddigger who has a really low self esteem. Hold her arm everywhere you go, open doors for her, pull out her chair, buy her expensive gifts, and give her flambouyant compliments every chance that arises.

This way you can still seem like a man, who KNOWS how to treat a lady, even though deep down YOU know your thinking that she is a stupid greedy psychotic. That's how every girl sees herself, and thats what she really wants!!

Changing the way you see girls is very helpful if you are nervous about them.

You can also imagine them as the lunchline lady (usually middle-aged) or something.

It is a good tip and is perhaps a good way for guys to get over their fear of talking to women.

But really I don't think that you can try to trick yourself forever! Eventually you're gonna have to face reality and go talk to that chick regardless of how attractive you think she is.

A good trick in the short-run though, as you build up your confidence. Then you won't need the trick anymore.
