Hi. I've heard the usual 'protein before training and carbs after' but I'm unsure about how this fits into my routine.
I typically train between 9pm and 10pm, going to bed at about 11.30pm. I'm always told no carbs before bed so I'm in a bit of a conflict.
What should I be having before and after training? Would it affect any type of fat loss (I'm very gradually losing weight) or muscle building?
